Are you licensed electricians?

Live N Up Electrical is a Master Electrician Association Member and our crew are registered electricians.

Can you call prior to your arrival?

Yes, Live N Up Electrical is happy to call half an hour prior to our arrival.

Do you do charge a call out fee?

Live N Up Electrical does not charge a call out fee. $140 is the minimum charge and includes the first hour of work on site.

Can I pay by credit card or direct transfer?

Yes. Live N Up Electrical has facilities for credit card payments with MasterCard and Visa Card. You can also pay by direct transfer to our account.

What is an RCD?

An RCD is a Residual Current Device that is usually installed in the electrical box. It is commonly referred to as a safety switch and it is required by law to have these installed to protect all lights and power outlets to prevent fatal electric shocks.

What is a safety certificate and why do I need one?

Safety certificates are given to you when any electrical work is carried out by a licensed electrician. The certificate means the work that has been done has been tested and complies with Australian safety standards.

What areas do you service?

All areas from Perth CBD and South of the river.

Do you offer after hours call outs?

Yes. Live N Up Electrical is always here to help. A minimum of 4 hours will be charged for any after-hours call outs.

Do you offer pensioner discounts?

No. Live N Up Electrical does not offer pensioner discounts, but offers reliable, efficient and quality service to all of our customers.
